Looking for a successor for Kylian Mbappé, Paris Saint-Germain have reportedly made a first XXL offer for Khvicha Kvaratskhelia, the Georgian left winger from Naples.

There is still a Coupe de France final to play, but Paris Saint-Germain must already think about next season, and in particular about its recruitment. Luis Enrique announced it, he wants to strengthen his workforce, to bring even more competition.

This involves recruiting one or more players to the left winger position, where Kylian Mbappé played this season. And the Parisian priority would be named Khvicha Kvaratskhelia, according to Gazetta dello Sport. The dynamic Georgian winger would have everything to please the Parisian coach, but he is expensive. PSG would have sent a first offer that was already substantial, of 100 million euros. But that won’t be enough.

Napoli want to keep Kvaratskhelia

Still according to Gazzetta, the intransigent president Aurelio de Laurentiis would demand no less than 150 million euros for his player. The Italian daily agrees, it is too high a sum for a player who has been irregular this season, like his team. Revelation of the title season, “Kvaradona” has suffered more in recent months, particularly in the Champions League (0 goals in 8 matches).

For De Laurentiis, this is undoubtedly a way of closing the door to courtiers for his player, because the Neapolitan leader would still like to extend Kvaratskhelia’s contract. The club would offer him a salary of 4 million euros per year, the Georgian would rather like 5. In these negotiations, the supposed interest of PSG should be the player’s business…
