The “1000-Lb. Sisters” star — who declared she was pansexual three years ago — gave her TikTok followers an update on her sexuality Tuesday after one asked if she was transgender.

“I was pansexual, but I kinda stopped messing with guys after my husband passed,” the TLC star added, referring to her late partner, Caleb Willingham, who died last year.
“So, I’m like a lesbian.”
Slaton further said she believes “love is love” and everyone “deserves love” no matter what their sexual preferences may be.

Meanwhile, the TLC star lost over 300 pounds and needed “someone who can be there for her” unlike her husband whose health was declining, a source told the US Sun at the time.
“She would have to take care of him once he’s out of rehab, and that is her taking on the care of a whole other person when she can barely take care of herself, so the relationship is pointless,” the insider added.
A year later, she married Caleb Willingham, who died in July 2023. Tammy Slaton/InstagramWillingham then passed away on July 1, 2023, at the age of 40, leaving Slaton “devastated.”
She was able to move on just a few months later and reportedly created a Facebook dating profile in October 2023, per the US Sun.
Her profile claimed she was looking for a “long-term relationship.”
