Indomitable Lionesses of Cameroon goalkeper Michaely Bihina has boasted that the Super Falcons cannot stop the side’s ambition of qualifying for the 2024 Olympic Games.
Cameroon will host the Super Falcons in a third round clash at the Stade de la Reunification, Douala on Friday night (today).
Jean-Baptiste Bisseck’s side have only beaten the nine-time African champions twice in 10 meetings.
Bihina is however upbeat they have what it takes to beat Randy Waldrum’s side.

“Personally, I’m calm. We know that Nigeria are a great team, but we have what it takes to accomplish our mission” she told FIFA.com.
“Our training sessions have been going well and the belief is there. Now it’s up to us to execute what we’ve worked on during our preparations.”
The Racing Power FC of Portugal shot stopper also reflected on the rivalry between Cameroon and Nigeria.
“Firstly, it’s because our two countries share a border, so we’re kind of competing for regional supremacy,” added Bihina.
“Then, there’s the fact that our respective countries produce great players, which only stokes the rivalry further. From a very young age, we’re fed tales of a rivalry that’s been forged out of mutual respect.”
