This is a problem that many clubs will be faced with, and especially those which have international players, obviously. Should players be released for the Olympic Games? Generally, clubs are not particularly keen, not wanting to spoil the preparation of their players, nor even risk an injury a few days before the start of the championships.

As indicated The Team, PSG will however make an effort. The Parisians have actually agreed to release Achraf Hakimi, one of the stars of the Moroccan selection. The full-back wants to represent his country during the Olympic meeting, and PSG will give the green light. This will not be the case for Warren Zaire-Emery or Bradley Barcola a priori, since unlike the Moroccan, they will already play the Euro with the Blues.
