Former Super Eagles goalkeeper Dosu Joseph has hailed the performance of the Falconets at the FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup.
Recall that Nigeria kicked off their campaign with a 1-0 win over South Korea in the early hours of Monday morning at the Estadio Metropolitano de Techo.
The only goal of the game was scored by Flourish Sabastine in the 86th minute to give Nigeria a precious three points.

Reacting after the game, the Atlanta Olympic gold medalist, in a chat with Completesports.com, stated that the Falconets must remain focused.
“Yes, they have started their campaign on a winning note after overcoming South Korea. But then, the Falconets must not be carried away by the result of the game.
“The team must remain focused and ensure they approach every other game with a winning mentality.”
