Liverpool striker Darwin Nunez has been linked with a move away from the club at the end of the season.
The 24-year-old Uruguayan international has been linked with Spanish club Barcelona and he has now fuelled further speculation surrounding his future after sharing an image on social media with the Barcelona defender Ronald Araujo.

Nunez and Araujo are international teammates and the two players met up in Barcelona. In addition to that, the striker has deleted all Liverpool photos from his Instagram account after receiving abuse from some fans, as per SPORT. The striker currently has images with the national team and his former club Benfica.
It will be interesting to see if Liverpool decide to cash on the striker at the end of the season. He has picked up 18 goals and 13 assist in all competitions for Liverpool this season, but he has missed loads of big chances during crucial stages of the season. Nunez has impressed with his overall footballing ability, but Liverpool need a more reliable goalscorer.
It remains to be seen whether they decide to sell him and replace him with a more reliable striker in the summer.

Darwin Nunez would improve Barcelona
Barcelona could certainly use attacking reinforcements and the Uruguayan international would be a solid acquisition. He is versatile enough to operate as the left sided forward as well as a striker.
However, Liverpool paid a premium for him and they are unlikely to sanction his departure for cheap. It remains to be seen Barcelona ready to break the bank for him.
It is likely to be an expensive acquisition and the Spanish club are currently going through financial difficulties. They might not be able to pay over the odds for the South American forward during the summer transfer window.
