In a video recently shared by Channels TV, Edwin Clark an elder statesman expressed concern over a letter allegedly sent by former Governor Nyesom Wike to Adolphus Wabara, the Chairman of the PDP Board of Trustees.
Clark said at the last PDP National Executive Committee (NEC) meeting, Wabara suggested that the party should review cases involving members who had wronged the party. He said 5 days later, Wabara allegedly received a letter from Wike written in red ink. He said in the letter Wike allegedly mocked Wabara and warned him not to meddle with Rivers State issues.
According to Clark: “The Chairman of the Board of Trustees Adolphus Wabara stood up to make a speech at the NEC meeting that they should look into all cases of infringement, people who wronged the party.
“5 days after the NEC meeting, Wabara received a letter written in red ink by Nyesom Wike to him. In the letter he said ‘Wabara how would your late wife feel now that you are embarrassing yourself and your family?’ Rivers State matter will consume you'”
