WWE RAW viewership increased on August 5, compared to the previous week.
Dave Meltzer of F4WOnline.com reports that RAW averaged 1.73 million viewers on August 5. The show aired on SyFy, and it was up against USA Network’s coverage of the Olympics.
In the 18 to 49 demographic, RAW averaged a 0.62 rating.
The July 29 episode, which also aired on SyFy, averaged 1.4 million viewers and a 0.51 rating in the same demographic.
Raw did 1.73M/0.62 last night. I would think same show no Olympics coming off SS would do well over 2 million (last year didn't do close to that but this was a hotter storyline show). Shows how much the Olympics hurt but very good number.
