Hugo Magnetti, native of Marseille and OM fan, does not rule out one day joining the Marseille club despite his commitment to Stade Brestois.
Born in Marseille and a lifelong OM fan, Hugo Magnetti did not hide his attachment to the Marseille club in a recent interview for Generation After on RMC. Currently a key player at Stade Brestois, the midfielder was questioned about a possible arrival in Marseille.
Magnetti remains cautious but open: “Since I was little, I have been an OM fan. I don’t forbid myself anything. But today, it would be crazy to think of anything other than Stade Brestois”.
Brestois at heart, Marseilles at heart
Playing successfully at Stade Brestois under the direction of Éric Roy, Magnetti is fully focused on his season with the Breton club, especially after a remarkable entry into the Champions League. Despite a certain attachment to his training club, he does not rule out one day returning to Marseille.
“Three-game weeks are intense, but I’ve dreamed of this since I was little”he explained, illustrating his total commitment to Brest while leaving the door open for the future.
