AS Monaco and FC Metz have reached an agreement for the transfer of Lamine Camara.

An agreement was reached this Monday between the two clubs for the young 20-year-old Senegalese midfielder, reports L’Equipe.

The deal would involve compensation of around 15 million euros. The Grenats are retaining this proposal to the detriment of recent approaches from Southampton or Al-Qadsiah.

Under contract in Lorraine until 2026, Lamine Camara has decided to change air this summer and has been training on the fringes of the Metz group until now.

For Monaco, after the failure of the Lens player Neil El-Aynaoui track, who failed the medical examination due to a knee problem, the pick is good. Especially since after Mohamed Camara, Youssouf Fofana is announced as starting in this sector of the game.
