A24’s ‘Sing Sing’ Coming To Max In March

A24‘s prison theater drama Sing Sing, starring Colman Domingo, is set to begin streaming exclusively on Max on March 21. The film will debut on HBO linear on March 22 at 8:00 p.m. ET.

Directed by Greg Kwedar, Sing Sing follows Divine G (Domingo), who while imprisoned at Sing Sing for a crime he didn’t commit, finds purpose by acting in a theatre group alongside other incarcerated men, including wary newcomer (Clarence Maclin).

Others in the cast included Sean San José, and Paul Raci. Kwedar penned the script with regular collaborator Clint Bentley, with the pair producing alongside Monique Walton. Exec producers included Teddy Schwarzman, Michael Heimler, Colman Domingo, Raúl Domingo, Larry Kalas, Larry Kelly, Nancy Schafer, Maclin, and John ‘Divine G’ Whitfield.
