Things are getting busy at AC Milan. Paulo Fonseca’s replacement is already known and found. The Milanese club announced the news this Monday afternoon.
Without a club since his departure from FC Porto, Sergio Conceiçao has agreed to take up the challenge of the Rossoneri. The Portuguese signed a contract until June 2026.
“The Portuguese coach joins the Rossoneri until June 30, 2026. AC Milan announces that Sérgio Paulo Marceneiro da Conceição has been appointed head coach of the men’s first team until June 30, 2026. The Club warmly welcomes the welcome Sérgio and his staff, and wish them a journey full of success and fulfillment,” the club said on its official website.
The Portuguese manager will aim to give new dynamism to AC Milan which is very irregular in the league with an 8th place in the standings. He will lead his first match against Juventus on January 3 in the semi-final of the Italian Super Cup on neutral ground.
