Stefano Pioli at AC Milan, it’s almost over. As indicated by La Gazzetta Dello Sport in today’s edition, the current Rossoneri technician will not continue the adventure on the Milan bench next season. With this in mind, the upper echelons of the Italian club are working to find a successor and the name of Christophe Galtier, former PSG coach, is notably part of this short-list.

For his part, The Team also specifies that a meeting between the Milanese leaders and the representatives of the French coach has already been made for next week. After being tracked by Lazio Rome when he left Saint-Etienne in 2017, then seeing his name mentioned in Naples last summer, the 57-year-old coach is once again winning over Italy. It now remains to be seen whether this avenue will come to fruition in the coming weeks…
