November 5th is the 2024 United States Presidential Elections. As a result, Tuesday Night NXT has been moved to Wednesday, November 6th. Thus, for one night only, NXT on the CW Network will be going head-to-head against AEW on the TBS Network. Former NXT World Champion and current AEW star Adam Cole shared his thoughts on his current promotion and his previous promotion going head-to-head after a long time.

While speaking to Scott Fishman for TV Insider, Adam Cole shared that it is very interesting to see two of the biggest promotions in the world of professional wrestling going head-to-head. Cole is convinced that it will only bring out the best out of both promotions and it’s a good thing for wrestling, wrestlers, and for the fans too.

“I think it’s very exciting. I feel any time there is any kind of competition within pro wrestling, it has been nothing but a positive. When there is only one show in town, it can only do so much. I think when there are situations where people can challenge each other or go up against each other, it brings out the best in both places. It’s nothing but a good thing. It’s good for the wrestlers and fans alike.”

Adam Cole also commented on the upcoming Halloween Special AEW episode, Fright Night Dynamite.

“I’m a huge Halloween fan. I moved back to Pennsylvania, so me and my brother actually at least once a week watch a horror movie in the month of October. We just recently watched a movie called Oddity. A really good movie I recommend for everyone. I love concept shows like [“Fright Night Dynamite]. It’s certainly something I would love to be involved in,” Adam Cole said.

Are you excited to see both promotions go face-to-face on November 6th?
