AEW Rampage saw an increase in viewership on March 20 with a shift to Wednesday night.
According to Wrestlenomics, 541,000 viewers watched the show on Wednesday night, drawing a 0.18 rating in the 18 to 49 demographic. The viewership is up from last week’s episode, when 327,000 viewers tuned in. The demo also rose from last week‘s episode, which drew a 0.11 rating in the same demographic.
What happened on AEW Rampage this week?
This week’s show kicked off with The Best Friends (Orange Cassidy and Trent Beretta) defeating The Don Callis Family (Powerhouse Hobbs and Kyle Fletcher) to advance in the AEW World Tag Team Title Tournament.
Elsewhere on the show, Konosuke Takeshita defeated Rocky Romero in preparation for his match with Swerve Strickland next week on Dynamite.
Katsuyori Shibata was also in action, picking up a quick win over Kevin Matthews.
In the main event, TBS Champion Julia Hart and Skye Blue defeated Kris Statlander and Willow Nightingale in a street fight to close the show.
