Rwanda head coach Torsten Spittler is banking on home support to beat the Super Eagles of Nigeria.

The Amavubi will host the Super Eagles in a 2025 Africa Cup of Nations qualifying matchday two encounter at the Amahoro Stadium, Kigali on Tuesday.

Spittler’s side held the Mediterranean Knights of Libya to a 1-1 draw in their 2025 Africa Cup of Nations qualifying matchday one fixture last week.

The Super Eagles, who thrashed Benin Republic last Saturday will however be different challenge for the Amavubi.

“We know our next game against Nigeria won’t be easy, but we hope to make the best of our home advantage,” the German was quoted by Rwandan news hub, The New Times.
