Agreement reached between Como and OM for Pau Lopez

This time, it’s the right one. After several days of negotiations, Côme and OM have reached an agreement for Paul Lopez (29 years old). The Phocéens have finally revised their claims downwards (€8M) to facilitate the operation. According to The Gazzetta dello Sporta loan with obligation to purchase has been completed.

The compensation at the end of the loan will be €5 million, a little below what the Phocéens wanted. At 29 years old, and after three seasons in France, the Spanish goalkeeper is therefore on the road to a return to Italy, he who played for two years at Roma between 2019 and 2021. In Como, he will meet up with a certain Cesc Fabregas, the man who wanted him to come.
