You never know when you are going to see someone put on the shelf rather quickly and that can cause all kinds of troubles. That is the case with a current WWE Superstar, who is at least talking about what happened.
IN CASE YOU MISSED IT: Roman Reigns Set For Major Match At The Royal Rumble
AJ Styles suffered a Lisfranc injury during a match on SmackDown last October and has not wrestled since. A fan asked Styles for an update on his status and Styles tweeted back, saying “I’ll be honest, this injury is challenging.” There is now word on when Styles could be back in the ring. His match back was his first in several months after losing to Cody Rhodes earlier in the year.

Opinion: This is where Styles can leave fans wondering, as having him around is going to be a big deal again. If nothing else, you do not get someone who should be a first ballot Hall Of Famer back, even when he is near the end of his in-ring career. Hopefully Styles gets to do something else when he gets back, as it would be a shame to see him have so much of his career cut off.
