However, in a more recent update, Devgn confirmed via social media that Singham Again is now set to release during Diwali 2024. Although the exact date is yet to be specified, the announcement, along with behind-the-scenes pictures and stills shared by director Rohit Shetty on Instagram, has already generated significant excitement among fans.
This schedule change involves Singham Again exchanging release dates with Stree 2. The Rajkummar Rao and Shraddha Kapoor starrer Stree 2, originally slated for a Diwali release, will now premiere on August 15, 2024, potentially clashing with the release of Pushpa 2.
The new additions to the cop universe in Singham Again include Deepika Padukone, Arjun Kapoor, and Tiger Shroff, joining Ajay Devgn’s Singham, Ranveer Singh’s Simmba, and Akshay Kumar’s Suryavanshi.
The Singham franchise began with Singham in 2011, followed by Singham Returns in 2014.
