Yoruba Nollywood actors have stirred up controversy on the internet by cursing some individuals.
Legendary Yoruba actor Alapini Oosa, best known for his roles as traditional priests or Babalawo in films, was seen cursing internet users who frequently post pictures of celebrities with the caption “RIP” in an effort to get likes and viewers. He was seen doing this with his colleague Abeni Agbon. It has been more prevalent on the well-known app TikTok.
