Alex Rodriguez flaunts abs after 32-pound weight loss on vacation in Sardinia with girlfriend Jaclyn Cordeiro

A ripped Alex Rodriguez proudly flaunted his fit physique while on vacation with girlfriend Jaclyn Cordeiro on the Italian island of Sardinia Wednesday.

The retired MLB star, 48, was photographed walking hand-in-hand with the 44-year-old fitness coach.

He wore olive green Bermuda shorts, while she sported a revealing red bikini that perfectly showcased her abs and muscles.

After a relaxing walk on the beach, the couple joined the athlete’s daughters – Natasha Rodriguez, 19, and 16-year-old Ella – for a fun boat outing on the Mediterranean sea.

In September 2023, Alex shared that he had been able to get in shape with the help of Cordeiro, dropping more than 30 pounds after following her fitness program.

“[Jac is] the only person that can come into co-parents and make us both better,” the former New York Yankees shortstop told Us Weekly at the time.

“[My ex-wife] Cynthia [Scurtis] has got in incredible shape following the JacFit program, [and] I’ve lost 32 pounds following her program.”

He added, “What I love about what she’s done in JacFit and the amount of people that she’s influenced is the reaction that I see from people to her. It’s really mind-blowing.”

Alex and Cordeiro first sparked romance rumors in October 2022, when they were spotted going for stroll together on Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills, Calif.

A source exclusively told Page Six at the time that the Fox Sports host was “enjoying spending time” with the blond beauty.

The pair then went Instagram-official in December 2022, with Alex captioning a pic of them at a holiday outing with his family, “From our hearts to yours, Merry Christmas.”

Cordeiro is the second woman that the pro athlete has dated since his high-profile romance with ex-fiancée Jennifer Lopez. He also previously dated Kathryne “Kat” Padgett.
