During Newcastle’s stunning 11-minute destruction of Nottingham Forest, Alexander Isak claimed an impressive bit of Premier League history.
The striker scored two of the Magpies four goals between the 23rd and 34th minutes of the match at St. James’ Park - and set a new record for his country on the way.

Entering the match level with Arsenal great Freddie Ljungberg, he went ahead with a penalty smashed down the middle of the goal, and then another dink, leaving Forest’s Matz Sels fuming.
Reaching half a century, the 25-year-old became the seventh-fastest player to do so, with his 76 games fewer than big names like Cristiano Ronaldo, Thierry Henry, Harry Kane and Sergio Aguero.
The Stockholm native is now on 19 league goals this season, with only Liverpool’s Mohamed Salah boasting more on 24.
