At the end of his lease with Inter Milan this summer, Alexis Sanchez should not extend his adventure with the Lombards.

The 35-year-old Chilean striker Alexis Sanchez, free again, will have to find a new club and a return to OM would be in the discussion. A good idea ? Having just been named Italian champion with Inter Milan, Alexis Sanchez should pack up very soon.

Linked to the Lombard club until June 30, the Chilean striker should not extend his arrangement. Banished by the Lautaro Martinez-Marcus Thuram duo during the past campaign, Sanchez only scored 4 goals, including 2 in the Champions League.

What if Sanchez returned to OM?

A return to OM would, in any case, not really please a certain Jean-Michel Larqué. “ I’m not going to say here that Sanchez is an OM legend, nor am I going to say that he was an average player. He’s a good player, who spent a year and turned his back on OM. He preferred the Inter Milan bench. Besides, he left there, he arrived in Marseille, he had the chance to play and to once again prefer the Inter bench to a center forward position at OM… If only for that, already, for this attitude… I find that the word legend is very questionable. »

As a reminder, the former Arsenal player scored 18 goals last season with the Marseille club.
