Alien: Romulus is ready to be a part of your spooky season viewings from the comfort of your own home: Disney and 20th Century Studios have confirmed that the film is making its way to digital and physical home releases starting from October 15.
Although you’ll be able to snag a digital copy of Romulus–either standalone or as part of a special 45th anniversary bundle with a copy of the original Alien–from next month, if you’re waiting for the physical home release spooky season is getting delayed into the more cheerfully festive holiday season, as it won’t hit 4K, standard blu-ray, and DVD until December. Just a different kind of seasonal viewing at that point!
What you get for waiting, at least, is a nice fancy steelbook case release for the 4K UHD version of the film.
