‘Alien: Romulus’ Novelty Popcorn Bucket Emerges For Franchise’s Latest

The novelty popcorn bucket brigades have a new contender. Joining buckets from Dune and Deadpool & Wolverine is a new design from the forthcoming Alien: Romulus. 

Cinemark have unveiled the popcorn bucket, which is a Xenomorph head, including the long protruding back of the head. The popcorn is loaded in the top and the moviegoer can put their arm in the bottom of the bucket.

Fede Álvarez (Evil Dead, Don’t Breathe) is directing this latest in the franchise. The cast includes Cailee Spaeny (Priscilla), David Jonsson (Murder is Easy), Archie Renaux (Shadow and Bone), Isabela Merced (The Last of Us), Spike Fearn (Aftersun) and newcomer Aileen Wu. They are a group of young space colonizers who encounter you know who.

This is the first new entry in the franchise since Ridley Scott’s Alien: Covenant in 2017. It is set between Alien and Aliens on the timeline.
