IMG Credit: All Elite WrestlingThat’s a bit. There are so many ways that a wrestler can get hurt during their time in the ring and some of them can be out of absolutely nowhere. IN CASE YOU MISSED IT: Still Waiting: Medical Update On AEW’s Kenny Omega (And It’s Not Good)
Earlier this month, Darby Allin suffered a broken foot during a match against Jay White as he was injured while performing a dive. According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Allin is expected to be out for a few months, though surgery could make the recovery longer. CM Punk suffered a broken foot during his time in AEW and had surgery, leaving him out of action for three months. Opinion: That is never good to hear and it seems like we are not going to be seeing Allin back in the ring for a long time to come. A broken foot is not something that can be worked around so now we need to wait and see just how long he is going to be out of action. Allin is someone who can do a lot of things in the ring and the fans will react well to it, though now we are not going to be seeing that take place for a good while.
