Saturday sees a busy day in the EFL as the business end of the season closes in, with big games in the Premier League also taking place.

1. West Brom to beat Hull City at home (Sat, 3pm)

West Brom travelled to Burnley on Tuesday, where an opener from midfielder John Swift gave the Baggies the lead 20 minutes in, but Zian Flemming replied instantly for promotion hopefuls Burnley. The draw means that Albion have now gone five games without defeat and sit fifth in the Championship as they continue their play-off push.

Hull City sit five points clear of relegation following their 2-1 against Oxford on Wednesday, with a quickfire Joe Gelhardt and Jamie Cumming own goal enough for all three points.

The Baggies have won eight of their last 10 meetings against Hull, and have not suffered defeat to the Tigers at the Hawthorns since 2008.

2. Charlton Athletic to best Wigan Athletic at home (Sat, 3pm)

Charlton have won nine of their last 12 league games, conceding just six goals in the process. The Addicks sit fourth in League One, five points away from Wycombe in second and five points above Huddersfield in seventh.

As for Wigan, the Latics head to The Valley on the back of a 1-0 win against Cambridge United, which moved them up to 15th and now 10 points away from the drop zone.

Charlton have not lost to Wigan in their previous three meetings, including a 1-0 win in the reverse fixture on the opening day of the season.

3. Bradford City to beat Tranmere Rovers at home (Sat, 3pm)

Bradford suffered their first league loss in eight attempts last week, losing 1-0 away to Gillingham with Conor Masterson scoring the winner. The Bantams stay in second three points off of Walsall in top spot and five in front of the play-off pack with the best record at home in League Two losing just once all season, and winning their last ten in a row.

Tranmere won their first game in thirteen attempts against Bromley last Saturday, Rovers now sit four points above relegation in 22nd.

4. Bournemouth to beat Brentford at home (Sat, 5.30pm)

After looking like they could also sneak their way into European contention, Brentford have started to lose momentum. The Bees suffered a 1-0 defeat at the hands of Aston Villa last week, thanks to an Ollie Watkins goal in the 49th minute. The round before that saw Brentford drop points to Everton after winning three of their four games prior.

Bournemouth dropped to ninth in the Premier League after surrendering a 2-0 lead away to Tottenham last week. Though the Cherries remain just three points off of reigning Premier League champions Manchester City in fifth.

The Cherries have continued to impress under Andoni Iraola this season and despite the draw last week, have won five of last nine games and four of their last six at home in all competitions
