The Alphonso Davies saga finally comes to an end.

Alphonso Davies is not expected to join Real Madrid this summer. According to information from Madrid daily AS, the Bayern Munich left-back is expected to sign with the Merengues at the end of his contract in June 2025.

The sports newspaper specifies that the 23-year-old player and the Real Madrid management have agreed to wait until his contract expires to finalize his recruitment.

Real Madrid play dirty tricks on Bayern

This situation is possible thanks to Davies’ decision to decline the numerous extension offers proposed by Bayern Munich.

This scenario is advantageous for the leaders of Real Madrid, who wish to avoid paying the 50 million euros requested by the German club for the transfer of the player from Buduburam.

Having arrived at the Rekordmeister in January 2019, the Canadian could thus play his last season in the Bavarian jersey.
