“American Idol” alum Triston Harper is married — and expecting a baby.
The 16-year-old announced he tied the knot with his girlfriend, Paris Reed, and later shared that she is pregnant with their first child.
“Iv [sic] got big news harpies,” he wrote on Facebook on Nov. 6, referring to his fan base, as he changed his relationship status to “married” on the social media platform.

“Now Everybody has congratulated me on Triston and Paris getting married but to me that is old news but now I’m bout to be a ‘G Ma,'” Sullivan, 37, captioned the photo on Nov. 8, adding the hashtags “#TeamPink #TeamBlue #BlessingsonBlessings.”
Harper reposted the picture with Reed, 17, on his account but did not share any additional information about their growing family.

The “H.O.P.E.” crooner was a contestant on Season 22 of “Idol” earlier this year when he was 15 years old, finishing in fifth place.
During his audition, Harper warmed viewers’ hearts with his story about his tough upbringing in McIntosh, Ala.
He shared that he and his mom, who gave birth to him when she was 21, became homeless shortly after his 12th birthday.

Since the teen’s elimination, Sullivan has helped him try to make it in Hollywood.
“The night I got eliminated, she hopped on it that same night and has been getting me gigs, bookings,” Harper told AL.com in June. “We went the other day and had rehearsal for the band. … She put all that together to where I could be able to keep pursuing my career, and not just be waiting, while it’s still hot.”
