Former Nigerian international Abiodun Baruwa has issued a warning to Daniel Amokachi not to disrespect Super Eagles head coach Finidi George as they team up to work for the success and progress of the senior national team.
Recall that Amokachi was selected by Finidi to be part of his coaching crew as an assistant after his unveiling was confirmed by the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) on Monday.
However, with concern raised by some Nigerians, Baruwa has advised Amokachi to show respect and support Finidi in whatever decision he takes.

“…I believe NFF will not interfere with what’s going on between Amokachi and Finidi,” he told TVC News.
“All they just need to do is to sit down together and work out the plan moving forward.
“What Amokachi needs to understand is that he needs to respect Finidi in whatever decision he’s trying to go for and just give him support, have his own opinion and at the same time support him as the chief coach.”
