Amy Robach is marking the end of Dry January with a glass of wine and fewer pounds.

The former “GMA3” co-anchor shared on Thursday that in addition to giving up alcohol for the month, she and beau T.J. Holmes ran at least two miles every day — which resulted in a bit of weight loss.

“Dry January combined with daily runs and keeping my carb count low, meant I was able to shed some extra lbs I put on post NYC marathon,” she captioned a carousel of Instagram photos of her runs.

Frequent marathon and half-marathon runners, Robach, 50, and Holmes, 46, are still training but are going to reintroduce alcohol into their lives.

“We are still doing our training runs following the @higdonmarathon four days a week and our rest days we just knock out 2 milers,” she explained.

She also said she kept her “carb count low.” ajrobach/Instagram Now that Dry January is over, the former “GMA3” co-anchor said she’d have a glass of wine. ajrobach/Instagram

“I may have a glass of wine tonight however 👍 #welcomefebruary #halfmarathontraining #running #feelinggood.”

The couple decided to participate in the annual challenge after realizing they were imbibing too heavily.

Holmes admitted on their podcast that at one point he was drinking up to 18 alcoholic beverages per day after they were fired from their jobs at ABC over their affair.

“Now we will run at 8 or 9 in the morning …. and I come back and we have a beer,” Holmes explained, noting that they would “run to fun” so they would end up at bars.

At lunchtime, Holmes would have at least two more drinks barring important appointments, and from there he admitted he could “easily have a drink in [his] hand from two in the afternoon until seven, eight, nine, ten at night.”

For her part, Robach admitted she was “embarrassed” that she was drinking more than 30 drinks per week.

“I don’t think I’ve ever gone a full year where I drink every single day, and that was 2023 for me,” she said last month.

“It wasn’t that I was getting wasted or drunk or any of that. It was just keeping a buzz going all day or at least keeping a relaxed state of mind in a heightened, anxious year.”

Sources later told Page Six that the pair actually bonded over their drinking.

“They’d have drinks all day after meetings,” one insider shared, while another source described Holmes as being well-lubricated when he was socializing.
