Amy Robach says she’s “living her truth” — but there’s been a “price to pay.”

The former “GM3” co-anchor joined TikTok this week and kicked off her first video by introducing herself not only to viewers who have “no idea” who she is but also to those who know her only from her “former career in television.”

“I have chosen love in my life, and I’m very excited about that path,” she told her new followers.

“I’m living my truth. there has been a price to pay, but I’m excited about the future.”

Robach, 50, also said she’s going to “take back my narrative” and show her followers who “the real me is” following her and T.J. Holmes’ scandalous affair that led to their firing from ABC — as well as the loss of Robach’s “worldly possessions.”

“I have chosen love in my life, and I’m very excited about that path,” she said on her newly created TikTok account. ajrobach/Instagram “I’m living my truth. there has been a price to pay, but I’m excited about the future.”

The former newscaster and Holmes, 46, also have discussed their romance candidly on their podcast in which they’ve admitted that merging their blended families has gotten “easier” over time.

“When you have a new relationship, there are divorces, there are kids involved,” Holmes explained. “You’re always trying to find the right balance between your kids and your partner, and bringing everybody together.”

Robach shares daughters Ava, 21, and Annalise, 17, with ex-husband Tim McIntosh. The exes divorced in 2009 after 13 years of marriage. Holmes shares daughter Sabine, 10, with ex-wife Marilee Holmes as well as daughter Brianna and son Jaiden with first wife, Amy Ferson.

The former “GMA3” co-anchors also have been chronicling their romance on their podcast.

“My daughters babysat your daughter when she was little, and I know they communicated on her birthday as well, which was very sweet,” Robach shared.

“It’s just nice to see everything becoming normal and getting easier and effortless, actually. Because it was effort before, and maybe that was just us putting the effort on the situation, but it’s been great.”

Despite the “effortless” transition for their families, the stress appears to have taken a toll on the couple, as they revealed they were turning to alcohol before participating in Dry January.

“I didn’t have a job to go to and I was away from a lot of friends and family. We were laying low. So what did I do? I drank a lot,” Robach explained.

“A lot more than I ever have. I don’t think I have ever gone a full year where I drink every single day and that was 2023 for me.”

Holmes admitted he would “easily go through 18 drinks” a day, which Robach felt was too high of an estimation.

The couple are using their newfound sobriety to focus on training for a half-marathon.
