Occasionally you will see someone who has not been a champion in a good while picking up some more gold, which has been the case for a certain NXT star. Now we are seeing that dry spell come to an end, as some titles changed hands in this week’s main event.

This week’s NXT saw a title change as Baron Corbin and Bron Breakker, collectively known as the Wolf Dogs, defeated the D’Angelo Family to become the new NXT Tag Team Champions. The title win is the first NXT Tag Team Title for both Corbin and Breakker, with the former winning his first title in six years. The title shot came as a result of Corbin and Breakker winning the Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic.
