Ange Postecoglou has explained how he helped to convince Radu Dragusin to join Tottenham over Bayern Munich.
The centre-back has arrived at Spurs as their second signing this month in a £25million deal plus add-ons from Italian side Genoa.

However, the Romanian international instead put pen to paper on a deal in north London until 2030 and joins Timo Werner as a new recruit.
Spurs enjoyed an excellent start to the season and at one point were sitting top of the Premier League table unbeaten.
They're now fifth and six points off the top, whereas Bayern are firmly in the Bundesliga title race.
Speaking to the media, Postecoglou revealed what he said to the 21-year-old ahead of his decision, as he remarked: "I don't try to sell anything. It's just a conversation.
"With Timo too and any player I've signed, it's just a conversation about what I believe and my thoughts on them as players, where I see them fitting in.
"And trying to create a picture in their heads about what they'll encounter when they get here and what they're trying to build and the rest is up to them.
"Part of the key for me is they want to come to this football club. I'm not going to bend their arm or try to convince them. Part of it is them getting excited about having to come to us."
