This was the first time that WWE had held a premium live event in Australia since 2018 and was headlined by Australia’s own Rhea Ripley successfully defending her Women’s World Title against Nia Jax. It turns out that is not the only honor Ripley has achieved.

According to WWE.com, Ripley has been named a finalist for The Advertiser Sunday Mail Woman Of The Year Award. The award, presented by the Advertiser, a newspaper from Adelaide, Australia, features 40 finalists from across various fields. There is no word on when the award will be announced. Ripley is scheduled to defend her title against Becky Lynch at WrestleMania 40.
