Former Italian footballer Antonio Cassano believes Cristiano Ronaldo is not as great a player as he claims to be.
Antonio Cassano is known for his outspoken and often provocative statements towards other footballers. Despite an average career, marked in particular by a failure at Real Madrid, he does not hesitate to make fun of the greatest of this sport. His latest victim is none other than Cristiano Ronaldo.

Antonio Cassano Antonio Cassano therefore sought to belittle the Portuguese star in his latest statement he did not mince his words in saying all the bad things he thought of him: ” Cristiano Ronaldo doesn’t know how to play football. He can score 3000 goals I don’t give a f***, he said in an interview with Viva El Futbol. Higuain, Aguero, Benzema, Ibrahimovic, Lewandowski and Suarez know how to combine with their teammates. He knew how to do many things, unlike Ronaldo whose only objective was always to score.”
With this kind of attack, the enfant terrible of Italian football risks provoking the wrath of the five-time Ballon d’Or winner. And, to tell the truth, it would be perfectly deserved.
Let’s note that Cristiano Ronaldo has always been careful not to respond to these detractors. Rather than entering the game, he has always focused on doing the work on the field and responding through his various accomplishments. And it’s not at 39 years old that he’s going to deviate from his habits.
