'Apple' (Remix) Lyrics: Charli XCX's New Version of Hit Song with Japanese House Sounds So Different!

Charli XCX reimagined all of the songs from her hit album Brat for the new remix album Brat and it’s completely different but also still brat, including the smash hit song “Apple.”

The beloved song, which inspired a viral TikTok dance, features The Japanese House for the new remix.

“I wanna know where you go when you’re feeling alone / (I’ve been looking at you so long, now I only see me),” Charli sings in the chorus.

The new version of the song is completely different than the original and features entirely new lyrics.

The original version of the song features the lyrics, “I think the apple’s rotten right to the core / From all the things passed down / From all the apples coming before / I split the apple down symmetrical lines / And what I find is kinda scary / Makes me just wanna drive.”
