Ari Emanuel Sees $84 Million Endeavor Pay Package For 2023, On Top Of $65 Million From TKO Group

Endeavor CEO Ari Emanuel’s 2023 pay package totaled $83.9 million, according to the company’s proxy statement today. That comes on top of the $65 million in compensation last year as chief executive of TKO Group, the new public company that’s controlled by Endeavor.

The Endeavor bundle includes a $4.9 million base salary, a cash bonus of $34.6 million and stock awards valued at $43.5 million.

The package is up dramatically from $19 million in 2022, but that came after a package worth $308 million in 2021.
