The boy is hers — and she’s fiercely defending him.

One year after Ariana Grande’s romance with “Wicked” co-star Ethan Slater made headlines amid their respective divorces, the actress clapped back at criticism.

“The most disappointing part was to see so many people believe the worst version of [our relationship],” the “Victorious” alum, 31, told Vanity Fair in a joint cover story with Cynthia Ervio, published Monday.

“There couldn’t be a less accurate depiction of a human being than the one that the tabloids spread about him,” Grande insisted of her partner. “No one on this earth tries harder or spreads themselves thinner to be there for the people that he loves and cares about.

“There is no one on this earth with a better heart,” she concluded. “And that is something that no bulls–t tabloid can rewrite in real life.”

Grande went on to clarify that she is not the “evil diva” some portray her to be.

The actor, for his part, had been married to Lilly Jay since 2018, with whom he shares a now-2-year-old son named Ezra.

Jay slammed the Broadway star for moving on with Grande, exclusively telling Page Six that the Grammy winner was “not a girl’s girl.”

Grande hit back at haters when her seventh studio album, “Eternal Sunshine,” came out in March.
