When most of the stars are often seen buying new swanky cars, actor Arjun Kapoor recently purchased a new bike for himself. No, it is not Harley Davison or a Royal Enfield but an electric scooter. That’s right! Considering the environment, Arjun said that he bought the electric scooter as it is eco-friendly. According to the Money Control, Arjun purchased an electric scooter that cost Rs 1.35 lakhs. He even distributed sweets to the paps on the occasion of welcoming a new bike home.
Arjun Kapoor shares the reason behind buying electric scooter
During the media interaction, he was asked the reason behind buying an electric scooter. He said, “Why not this bike? Eco-friendly hona bohot zaroori hai because it is a matter of environment only. And it’s quite a rugged bike and it matches my personality and I was very happy to buy it. Aur sabse zaroori baat hai ki bike isliye liya taaki… ye log normally bike main ghumte hai na aur humko follow karte hai toh iss baar inse bacchne ke liye humne jugaad kiya hai. Main chahta hoon ki bike rahegi aur main inse bachke nikal sakta hoon. Aur inn sabko follow karke dekh sakta hoon ki mera peecha kaise karte hai.“

He further added, “I’m really happy that I got a chance to pick that up and I’m actually proud to be one of the first few owners to buy an EV bike.“
