Armie Hammer has lined up his next acting role. After just recently saying he has been turning down role, it has been announced that the 38-year-old actor will be starring in German filmmaker Uwe Boll‘s vigilante thriller The Dark Knight. Keep reading to find out more…Based on an original script by Boll, Armie will be play “Sanders, who takes justice into his own hands as he sets out to hunt down criminals. While his crusade transforms him into a social media sensation and a hero in the eyes of the public, the local police chief sees him as a menace to society and aims to take him down,” according to Variety. Principal photography is set to begin on January 27 in Croatia. Armie hasn’t appeared in anything since 2022′s Death on the Nile following allegations of sexual assault and cannibalism the year before. After a lengthy probe, Los Angeles prosecutors declined to charge Armie with any crimes. He then booked his first movie in years back this past October.
