Arsenal would like more than anything to attract Leroy Sané. According to Sky Germanythe German international winger (65 caps, 13 goals), whose contract with Bayern ends next summer, is the Gunners’ priority. The English club also has a major asset in its ranks, Mikel Arteta. The Spanish coach knew the 28-year-old player when he was Pep Guardiola’s assistant at Manchester City. The former Parisian even has a very good relationship with Leroy Sané.

While the Essen native has since moved on, the winger has not forgotten his time under Arteta. “Thanks to him and his ideas, I improved quickly. I always think about it and try to implement his ideas in my game” explained the German a few months ago. However, if Arsenal dreams of Sané, the opposite is not necessarily true. The Bayern Munich player would like to extend his contract with the Bavarian club, but nothing is done for the moment and the Gunners will try their luck until the end.
