Whether or not Arsenal go on to win this season’s Premier League title, one thing is clear and that is manager, Mikel Arteta, will always want to improve any aspect that he’s personally in control of.
Be that training processes, squad depth or otherwise, the Spaniard has shown himself to be a studious operator and elite man manager.
Though the Gunners are, at present, in the title mix with both Liverpool and Man City, a good run of results and performances could see them emerge as Premier League winners for the first time in 20 years.

The last time that the trophy was held aloft in the red and white half of North London, Arsenal were still playing at Highbury and had just completed their ‘Invincible’ season under Arsene Wenger.
It would therefore be poetic if Arteta could bring home the silverware on what will be a special anniversary for the club, albeit Messrs. Guardiola and Klopp are likely to have something to say about that.
Once the season has finished, attention will again turn to the transfer window, and Arteta already has one player in mind that he wants to bring to the club.
