Called by Didier Deschamps to play Euro 2024 in Germany, Youssouf Fofana was present this Thursday at a press conference. Proud to represent the French team, the AS Monaco midfielder spoke about his progress before being questioned about his future… Serene, the 25-year-old player then displayed his calmness. “I have one year left on my contract. My future, I spoke about it with the leaders, it’s not a secret. We have an agreement to move towards this new stage. If that doesn’t happen, I will do this last season in Monaco. I hope everyone wins this summer. I’m not thinking about it at the moment, I have a very nice sporting entourage who takes care of that. It’s not my job, I’m going to concentrate on what I know how to do, the field”.

Relaunched on the PSG rumor, Youssouf Fofana once again refused to expand, preferring to focus on the objectives to come with the Blues. “It’s a big French club which is already a big one in Europe. There is no cut yet. Do I see myself there? Not necessarily, I don’t fixate. If it comes why not, if it doesn’t come, I’m not going to have nightmares about it.”. To be continued…
