Ivan Jurić at AS Roma, it’s over! The Roman club – which conceded another defeat in Serie A this afternoon against Bologna (2-3) – announced the dismissal of its Croatian coach. Arriving in place of Daniele De Rossi last September, the former Torino coach only won 4 games out of his 12 matches on the Roma bench.
“ We would like to thank Ivan Juric for his hard work over the past few weeks. He handled a difficult environment with the utmost professionalism and we are grateful. We wish him the best for his future. The search for a new technical area manager has already started and will be announced in the coming days », announced the Roman club. In recent weeks, the names of Edin Terzić and Roberto Mancini had been mentioned to replace Jurić.
