Besiktas attacker Ernest Muci has been linked with a move away from the club in recent months.
The player is reportedly keen on playing in the Premier League and the likes of Aston Villa and West Ham United are following him closely, as per Aksam.
They are prepared to come forward with an offer for around €15 million during the January transfer window and it remains to be seen whether the Turkish outfit are ready to sanction his departure.
They signed the player for a fee of around €10 million and it will be interesting to see if the €15 million offer is acceptable for them when it is presented.
The 23-year-old could be a useful acquisition for Aston Villa and West Ham. He is capable of operating as an attacking midfielder as well as a winger on the left flank.
The Albanian will add goals and creativity to the side.

Aston Villa and West Ham could use Ernest Muci
Aston Villa are competing in the UEFA Champions League and they need a deeper squad to do well across multiple competitions. Muci will certainly be a useful acquisition for them and his arrival will allow Unai Emery to rotate his attacking options more often.
Similarly, West Ham need more cutting edge in the final third and the 23-year-old would be a long term investment. If they can sign him for €15 million, it would represent an excellent investment.
The player certainly has the physical and technical attributes to thrive in English football and he could justify the €15 million investment in the coming seasons as well.
The opportunity to play for Aston Villa or West Ham will be quite exciting for the player and it remains to be seen where he ends up. He will look to hit the ground running in English football and make his mark in the Premier League.
