João Félix (24 years old) has made his return to Madrid. The Portuguese hoped that his personal situation would be resolved well before but this is not yet the case. If a return to Barça has been mentioned, Benfica and Aston Villa seem to be the hottest on this issue. While waiting for his case to be resolved, the former Chelsea player is training and playing under the orders of Diego Simeone. A coach with whom his relations are rather cool.

This Monday, El Cholo was invited to speak about his player at a press conference. “He played a good game in the 45 minutes he had to play. He is an Atletico Madrid player and while he is here we will judge him based on his work, as we do with all the members of the team.” Good news for João Félix, who was not spared by the Colchoneros fans.
