For the past few days, Atlético de Madrid has been one of the artificers of the summer transfer window. Indeed, the Colchoneros have attracted several players to their ranks (Sorloth, Le Normand) and are still active on several files. In midfield, the Madrid leaders have been eyeing Conor Gallagher for a few days. But while negotiations around the Englishman from Chelsea are stalling, Atlético de Madrid is digging into other leads in parallel. In the last few hours, the Spanish press has reported a concrete interest from the residents of Civitas Metropolitano for Javi Guerra.

The young midfielder (21 years old), very interesting with Valencia last year (4 goals, 1 assist in 40 matches), is getting very close to the capital according to information from Brandwhich even speaks of a done deal. According to the Iberian media, the transaction is around 25 million euros for the Spanish star who will therefore join Atlético de Madrid following Conor Gallagher’s hesitations.
