Atlético de Madrid changes the name of its stadium again! After the Wanda Metropilitano, the rojiblanco den was renamed Civitas Metropolitano since 2022. But while the brand was under contract until 2032, A.S. reveals that a new sponsor will give its name to the Madrid stadium.
This is the Saudi airline Riyadh Air. Thus, the sade will be renamed Riyadh Air Metroplitano, starting with the match against Leganés scheduled for October 20. And if Atlético has changed the name of its showcase, it is because this new contract will bring it between €250 and €300 million until 2033.
