FC Barcelona will wear a collector’s jersey with the Coldplay logo for the Clasico against Real Madrid on October 26. This limited edition jersey will be sold to benefit refugees.

FC Barcelona has revealed that its players will wear a collector’s jersey, with the Coldplay logo during the Clasico against Real Madrid, on October 26. As a jersey sponsor, Spotify once again gives its place to a music group for this event. A tradition since 2022. This choice coincides with the release of Coldplay’s new album, “Moon Music”, strengthening the link between the group and Barça. This was already marked by the use of their title “Viva la Vida” as an anthem in 2009.

A limited edition for the benefit of refugees

In addition to the collector’s edition worn on the pitch, two limited editions of the jersey will be on sale. Proceeds will be donated to the United Nations Refugee Agency to fight climate change in camps in Uganda. The women’s team will also wear this same jersey against Eibar on November 2. A gesture that combines solidarity and high-level football.
